I work as a graduate research assistant on the Advancing Ohio’s English Learners project, contributing my research from my work in Paraguay education. I hold a master’s degree in educational policy and am entering the Educational Studies program in the College of Education and Human Ecology.
I am from Paraguay. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Specialization in Higher Education. My previous work includes teaching at the Catholic University and volunteering at the Ministry of Education in Paraguay. I have a master’s degree in education policy from OSU. I am currently in the doctoral program in Educational Policy at EHE being advised by Dr. Ann Allen. In my previous research I examined educational infrastructure investment policies in schools in southern Paraguay and how this affects student learning. I have experience as an assistant policy analyst in the Office of Compliance and Integrity at OSU. I also have experience teaching English to ESL students, having worked at two language teaching institutions in Paraguay.
