In June of 2022, the College of Education and Human Ecology hosted 24 rising juniors and seniors from 8 school districts across central Ohio for the Project R.O.O.T. Summer Experience. The acronym R.O.O.T. stands for “Reaching Our Own Through Teaching,” and the program grew out of a desire to address the national educator shortage.
