Pride Month Local Featured Organizations

The PRIDE Rainbow progressive flag inside a silhouette of Columbus skyline

Every June, the LGBTQIA+ community celebrates Pride Month, in memory of  the LGBTQIA+ community resisting a police raid of the Stonewall Inn, a gay bar in New York City, on June 28, 1969. In recognition of Pride Month, the Office of Engagement, Discovery, and Global Education would like to highlight several LGBTQIA+ organizations local to Columbus which focus specifically on supporting the intersectional lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ people of color. We invite you to learn more about each organization by visiting their websites.
